Joseph Finley

Joe is our Chief Building Officer. Joe’s building expertise is cultivated from more than two decades of work running a successful framing company. There simply isn’t a better way to achieve a deep knowledge of how a house gets put together than by framing several hundred custom homes. Joe draws on leadership and interpersonal skills developed during his distinguished career as a firefighter. Our clients value Joe’s wisdom, patience, and calm demeanor. He enjoys focus on field execution. Joe sets a high bar for the work our subcontractors perform in our homes, and constantly strives to improve our team and their performance.
